Our entrepreneurial, growth-oriented family and criminal law practice is in search of a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Minneapolis. This role is crucial to our firm's ongoing success, where you will collaborate closely with the owner and attorneys to offer essential support and navigate clients through emotionally charged legal processes. As we advance, we seek a self-motivated and seasoned Client Engagement Director / Salesperson who can make an immediate impact by helping potential clients comprehend how our services can propel them forward. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements. • Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey. • Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment. • Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends. • Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions. • Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference. • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies. Qualifications: • Proficiency in bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is mandatory. • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a legal or service-focused industry. • A self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive circumstances. • Flexibility to manage sales calls and client interactions during business hours, evenings, and weekends as required. • The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, with a proven track record in sales. • Familiarity with the legal industry would be advantageous for this role. Compensation: $24,000 - $30,000 yearly
