Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements. • Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey. • Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment. • Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends. • Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions. • Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference. • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies. Qualifications: • Proficiency in bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is mandatory. • Capable of meeting clients in person within the Minneapolis area. • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a legal or service-focused industry. • A self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive circumstances. • Flexibility to manage sales calls and client interactions during business hours, evenings, and weekends as required. • The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, with a proven track record in sales. • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for this position. • The candidate must be based in Minneapolis, MN, United States. • Familiarity with the legal industry would be advantageous for this role. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
