We are looking for a dedicated client engagement representative to conduct initial sales conversations, initial new client engagements, and ensure the successful execution of the onboarding process. The position is only for a great person who can both sell legal services and cultivate new relationships. We provide training in what you need to know to best help our clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position - personally, professionally, and financially. Responsibilities: • Conduct sales conversations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and concerns and sell the appropriate legal services. • Act as a bridge between potential clients and legal professionals, communicating potential client requirements to the attorney team. • Collaborate with attorneys to develop the best immigration strategy for each client. • Present and articulate the developed strategy to potential clients, ensuring clarity and understanding. • Discuss client goals and expectations, fostering a supportive and communicative relationship. • Follow up with potential clients who do not hire the firm during their initial sales conversation. • Track and maintain metrics regarding conversions of potential client to client, referral sources, and other key performance indicators. • Follow up with clients after onboarding and verify that the client has been successfully engaged and is receiving excellent service throughout the representation. Qualifications: • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is required. • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree Compensation: $76,000 - $120,000 yearly
