We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how we can assist them and guiding them through the process until they are fully retained. Your Role: • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients for family law and bankruptcy matters (you will not give legal advice). • Follow a structured consultation script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in client interactions. • Build trust and rapport with potential clients by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and clearly explaining the next steps in the process. • Oversee the client journey from consultation through full payment, including follow-up and nurturing leads who may need more time to commit. • Maintain detailed and accurate notes in Lawcus , our case management system— if it’s not in Lawcus, it didn’t happen. • Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to case initiation. • Meet and exceed performance goals, with performance-based bonuses available for exceeding key engagement and conversion benchmarks. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is: • A strong communicator – You must be comfortable speaking with potential clients, building rapport, and effectively guiding them through the process. • Highly organized – You will track multiple potential clients, manage follow-ups, and ensure that every detail is documented. • Coachable & disciplined – You must be willing to follow the proven script and adhere to our firm’s processes without deviation. • Resilient & results-driven – You thrive on helping people make decisions and can handle rejection without getting discouraged. • Tech-savvy – You will be using Lawcus, Zoom Phone, email, and other communication tools daily. • Experienced in sales or client engagement – Prior experience in a high-touch sales or client relations role is strongly preferred. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
