    Seeking a Non-Attorney Salesperson (Client Engagement Specialist) to join a client-focused probate and estate planning firm in South Lyon, MI. Responsibilities include selling legal services to potential clients with warm leads - absolutely NO cold calling required. Previous experience in selling professional services preferred; legal background not necessary. Ideal candidate is empathetic, values teamwork, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Sales meetings may be conducted via Zoom or phone; occasional travel within Oakland/Wayne Counties may be necessary. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 per year, with additional quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities: • Manage the lead pipeline and potential clients, effectively utilizing the firm's client relations management program for tracking and organization. • Implement post-engagement systems to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Adhere to attorney regulations by refraining from providing legal advice or entering into legal service contracts with clients, as only Michigan Attorneys are authorized to do so. • Demonstrate a strong sales background and proficiency in related roles. • Adapt to changes and drive innovation within the role, while maintaining flexibility. • Possess a genuine desire to assist clients in finding effective solutions to their problems. • Maintain a high energy level to effectively engage with clients and maximize sales opportunities. • Collaborate as a team player and have a thorough understanding of metric-driven and KPI objectives. • Utilize previous experience in selling premium products such as jewelry, cars, luxurious apparel, property, time-shares, or similar professional services. Qualifications: • Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a dynamic sales environment. • Exceptional communication skills, both professional and personable, to establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients. • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Office, sales software, and CRM software. • Ability to devise and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates effectively. • Enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
