Client Engagement Specialist

Main Line Junk and Suburban Solutions Moving are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to expand our presence, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with industry professionals, attending networking events, and implementing creative outreach strategies to develop long-term business relationships. The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for increasing brand awareness and securing new business by building relationships with affiliates in industries that require moving and junk removal services. This includes real estate agents, property managers, estate attorneys, restoration companies, and commercial building managers. The primary objective of this role is to generate both recurring and one-time business by developing and maintaining a strong network of referral partners. Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + commission (1% - 5% of attributable revenue). • Healthcare Options available. • SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match (after 12 months of employment). • Cell phone and laptop provided (if requested). • Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines. Work Schedule: • Full-time: Monday - Friday, ~8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. • Some Saturday and weekend events are required based on meetings and networking opportunities. Responsibilities: Affiliate Development & Lead Generation • Identify and establish relationships with key industry professionals, including property managers, building and facilities managers, real estate agents, and estate attorneys. • Leverage memberships in PAA, PBMOA, and NARPM to connect with property managers, leasing agents, and commercial real estate representatives. • Drop off promotional materials at apartment buildings, open houses, and real estate offices to generate leads. • Maintain an organized database of contacts and track progress in a CRM system. Event & Open House Outreach • Attend open houses and industry networking events to promote our services. • Plan and execute outreach at real estate and industry events to engage potential affiliates. • Represent the company at PAA, PBMOA, and other industry events (some evening and Saturday commitments required). Cold Calling & Office Visits • Conduct in-person and phone outreach to real estate offices, property management firms, and commercial building managers. • Introduce our services, leave promotional materials, and set up follow-up meetings. • Develop and implement cold outreach strategies to expand our referral network. Relationship Building & Networking • Maintain and nurture relationships with key affiliates through regular check-ins, personalized outreach, and thoughtful engagement. • Deliver branded materials and appreciation gifts to strengthen partnerships. • Act as the face of Main Line Junk and Suburban Solutions Moving within the community. • Attend local commerce meetings, BNI groups, and other networking events. Social Media & Marketing Support • Engage with affiliates and industry professionals on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build connections and promote services. • Support social media outreach by commenting, sharing, and engaging with affiliate content. • Assist with event planning, promotional materials, and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales, business development, or networking. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage outreach. • Strong understanding of real estate, moving, or junk removal industries is a plus. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage schedules, set goals, and drive results. • Willingness to travel locally for meetings, trade shows, and networking events. • Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided per IRS guidelines).
