Responsibilities: • Engage promptly with leads to drive business growth and ensure timely responses • Establish strong connections with prospects and clients by gathering relevant property information, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals • Manage leads efficiently through a CRM system, ensuring meticulous follow-ups until successful deal closures • Document and communicate crucial information from potential sellers to facilitate seamless transitions for colleagues • Foster meaningful conversations with potential sellers, adapting to their communication styles while discussing their properties • Handle sensitive subjects like motivation, pricing, and expectations with empathy and direct communication • Conduct thorough research, site visits, and property value analysis to inform decision-making processes • Prepare essential documents such as letters of intent, market research reports, contracts, and administrative paperwork well in advance of transactions • Collect and assess diverse market and property data to support informed decision-making within The Anderson Group • Utilize various systems and scheduling tools proficiently to maximize opportunities • Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, effective communication through internet research, and excellent organizational abilities • Display sound judgment and perform effectively in high-pressure situations, drawing upon extensive knowledge of real estate transactions Qualifications: Preferred qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study • 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales role • Strong drive and passion for real estate asset selling, goal-oriented, and a desire for continuous learning in the industry Desired skills and abilities: • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a particular emphasis on strong phone skills and the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Serve as a mediator between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process • Efficiently manage working hours, prioritizing immediate, time-sensitive opportunities before transitioning to other tasks such as lead follow-up and property owner contact • Demonstrate a desire to help people, coupled with confidence and determination to navigate challenges, steer conversations, and achieve desired outcomes • Effective prioritization and project management abilities, including the ability to handle frequent changes professionally and follow through on tasks in a timely manner • Interest in developing research and communication skills • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred • Proficiency in common computer applications, including the ability to create formulas for spreadsheet analysis The position is located in Nashville, TN and is an in-office position. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly base + bonus
