Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members. • Schedule and coordinate showings, inspections, appointments, and vendor referrals. • Accompany clients with property showings, inspections, and other appointments to provide a concierge-level experience. • Take detailed notes from calls, emails, consultations, and meetings. • Manage the Senior agent’s database, including adding new leads, updating client information, and maintaining follow-up plans. • Implement and improve operational processes, creating a “playbook” for efficiency. • Track deadlines and manage tasks related to transactions, licensure, and client events. • Prepare and organize client documents, property details, and transaction information from MLS. • Assist with lead generation and business development strategies. • Coordinate marketing efforts with the team, including social media and gifting for client closings. • Manage and execute client events, parties, dinners, and relationships through marketing and entertainment and attend bi-monthly meetings to brainstorm such events. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and communication. Qualifications: • A real estate license or the desire to obtain one is required. • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, personal assistance, or administrative roles. • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Canva, and Instagram. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing schedules. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, always striving for growth and excellence. • Proven ability to manage confidential information and meet strict deadlines. • Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
