    Flexible schedules - shifts are 4-5 hours; easy to schedule around school or other jobs. Shifts typically run-on weeknights from 3-8 pm and on weekends during the morning to afternoon hours

    The Position: The Client Experience Specialist, also known as a "Deck Ambassador" works poolside at our swim school. This position plays a critical role in providing an extraordinary customer experience.

    Your Typical Responsibilities:

    Set up and break down the pool deck area before and after each shift

    Check water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons

    Greet students and parents/guardians at the pool deck area

    Answer customers' questions about their accounts, student progress, or about the BSS aquatics program

    Assist swim instructors and lead instructors as needed during swim lessons

    Post media content and monitor social media platforms

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

    Responsible and professional demeanor.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1+ years of customer service experience.

    Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training.
