    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Experience Benefits Administrator with a focus on group benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee benefits programs, with a strong background in health insurance offerings. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure the effective management of their group benefits plans, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client support, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee understanding of their benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Group Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs for client companies, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability programs. Administer open enrollment, new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations, ensuring all employee benefits are accurately processed.
    • Client Support and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding group benefits programs. Provide expert guidance on benefits offerings, plan options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures. Ensure that clients understand the details of their benefits programs and address any questions or concerns promptly.
    • Health Insurance Expertise: Oversee health insurance plans, including managing relationships with insurance carriers, negotiating rates, resolving claim issues, and ensuring all client needs are met. Stay informed about healthcare trends, regulatory changes (e.g., ACA, HIPAA), and health insurance compliance.
    • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all benefit programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other applicable laws. Prepare and submit required filings and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Benefit Education and Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options. Conduct benefit orientations, workshops, and wellness initiatives to increase employee engagement and understanding of health insurance and other benefits programs.
    • Benefits Utilization Analysis: Analyze benefits utilization data, trends, and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. Provide clients with reports that track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and offer recommendations to optimize their benefits offerings.
    • Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, or coverage discrepancies. Work with internal teams, insurance carriers, and other vendors to resolve service issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and other vendors to ensure smooth operation and efficient delivery of benefits services. Assist in the negotiation of contracts, plan renewals, and benefits design.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in group benefits administration, with a focus on health insurance. Experience working with health plans, carriers, brokers, and vendors is highly preferred.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of group benefits programs, health insurance, and applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with benefits management platforms is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit concepts in an understandable way to both clients and employees.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and resolve benefits-related issues effectively.
    • Client Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver results in a client-focused environment.
    • Certifications: Preferred certification in Employee Benefits (e.g., CEBS) or Health Insurance and Benefits Administration, though not required.

    Salary:

    50-70K
