    Little Kickers Swim School provides personalized, one-on-one swim lessons that not only prioritize water safety, but also nurture a lifelong affinity for swimming. Our approach ensures that every child learns at their own pace. With a highly individualized, and experience-driven approach, we are able to zone in on each child’s unique needs with regard to their performance levels, learning styles, and strengths.

    Little Kickers Swim School is part of the Active Enterprises family alongside Kickin’ It Kids Gym. Founded by two sisters, Yael and Daphna, this business was built with the desire that every child in the area would have access to high-quality swim instruction and develop a life-long love of the water. Our passion is helping raise active children while teaching life skills and bringing the community together in a safe, unparalleled environment.

    ROLE SUMMARY

    As a Client Experience Coordinator at Little Kickers Swim School, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every client interaction begins with a warm and professional greeting in our lobby. While working at the front desk, you will oversee all client communications, utilizing your exceptional skills in text, phone, and email correspondence to provide timely and personalized assistance. Your role is pivotal in fostering positive client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently, all while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. Your ability to problem solve will be critical in providing registration options and resolution to difficult scheduling issues. Through your proactive approach and impeccable communication, Client Experience Coordinators play a vital role in shaping our clients' experience and enhancing their satisfaction.

    This role will report to the Client Operations Lead.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Communication

    Handle all incoming client communications promptly and courteously, whether via text, phone calls, or email.

    Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

    Problem solve in person registration requests, providing clients a positive, optimistic outlook.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications for future reference.

    In-Person Client Experience

    Warmly welcome clients as they arrive at our premises, creating a positive first impression.

    Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, reflecting professionalism and attention to detail.

    Assist clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel as needed.

    Lobby Oversight

    Ensure that the reception area, changing rooms, etc. remain orderly, clean, safe and free of clutter.

    Ensure that floors outside of pool area are dry and safe for walking

    Stock bathrooms as needed

    Oversee retail transactions and stock retail as needed

    Oversee food and beverage transactions and stock and clean coffee machine as needed

    Student Interaction

    Perform diaper checks for all infants before they enter the pool area

    Provide stamps and / or lollipops to students when appropriate

    Foster excitement with our students through enthusiastic interaction

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    $22 - $25/ hour, depending on experience

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    A genuine love for working with children and the ability to engage and excite them about their upcoming swim lessons.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact warmly and effectively with both parents and kids, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

    Previous customer service experience is essential, as you will be the friendly face of our swim school, managing inquiries, registrations, and more.

    While not mandatory, experience working with children in any capacity is highly preferred.

    Strong organizational skills to handle daily administrative tasks with ease and efficiency.

    Ability to work collaboratively with our swim instructors and other staff to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our students.
