We are searching for a Client Experience Coordinator who will work closely with agents providing support in several different areas of the transaction process! This person must have an active Tennessee Real Estate license and thorough experience in Transaction to Close. This person also must have a high level of attention to detail in order to ensure he/she provides the caliber of client service we provide at The Noel Collective. This person will work hand in hand with The Noel Collective agents to assist them with all things related to a listing or buying transaction. Overall, this person is responsible for supporting our team in delivering a best in class, luxury service and experience to our clients. Responsibilities: • Manage all steps of transaction to close process (40-60 transactions yearly) • Assist agents in the preparation of listing agreements • Track and manage important dates + deadlines + notify key stakeholders • Client and agent schedule + calendar coordination • Update team assets as needed (signatures, marketing materials, etc) • Manage all calendar invites for the transaction to close process (both agent and client facing) • Coordination of closing gifts + delivery to the closing room • New listing entry • Preparation of appraisal packet • Creation of listing entry • Email creation • Buyer + Seller Brochure creation + upkeep • An additional layer of coverage on deadlines + responses • Creation of repair amendments • Custom utility deliveries • Creation of buyer and seller representation form Qualifications: • Must have a valid Tennessee Real Estate License • Must have previous experience in the real estate industry • Must have previous experience in transaction to close • Ability to manage transaction to close with no assistance • Communicates well, both written and verbally • Embodies high attention to detail • Ability to thoroughly manage CRM and other systems Compensation: $40,000 and 30% Referral Fee
