We are seeking a motivated CX Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to understanding and interpreting client behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates passionate about market research, analytics and data-driven decision making.
What will you be doing?
- Uncover and examine new and existing research to provide unique opportunities and insights for the company’s core military market.
- Continuously monitor and analyze changes in client behavior and preferences.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in client behavior.
- Work with UX and CX members to ensure research manifests into personas and journeys
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
What skills/qualifications do you need?
Education
- Must be a full time undergrad/grad student in good academic standing.
- Upcoming Junior or Senior in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, research, or related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be available to work at Home Office at least twice a week, 15-20 hours each week.
- Ability to combine numerous data sets, from operational data to research.
- Experience with developing and implementing analytical solutions to visualize customer insights using quantitative/qualitative research.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Must uphold, enforce, and abide by all institutional policies.
