Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, website contact form, etc. • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Schedule appointments between prospects and Project Advisors Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High attention to detail with a strong desire to serve • College or relevant experience Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
