    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a full-time Client Experience Specialist who will serve as the face of our organization, assisting clients with their calls, questions, and needs. This role requires a team player who supports the team by collecting and preparing essential information for our advisors to deliver value during client planning meetings. The ideal candidate will possess genuine warmth, a positive can-do attitude, a growth mindset, a strong work ethic, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and multifaceted firm. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain data confidentiality are essential.

    • Minimum of 2 yrs of proven customer service experience in an office or administrative role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management/CRM software.

    • An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional first impression. Assist with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

    • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings/appointments.

    • Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

    • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.

    • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and providing necessary materials. Take and distribute minutes during meetings.

    • Support Staff: Assist other staff members with various projects and tasks as needed.

    • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well stocked with inventory, the environment is clean, organized, and presentable.

    • Event Planning: Help plan and coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics.

    WHAT ELSE CAN YOU TELL ME? This is a professional, on-site position located in our Springfield, MA business office, adhering to a business professional dress code. The salary offered will be between $50,000 - $55,000. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with core business hours of 9:00 AM to 5 PM.
