The Client Success Developer (CSD) is a key non-attorney role responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing clients. By actively showcasing the full suite of our immigration and labor solutions, the CSD plays a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and firm growth. Key responsibilities include building long-term client partnerships, managing seamless onboarding processes, ensuring ethical compliance, and contributing to the strategic expansion of our firm. As a bridge between our recruitment and legal services teams, the CSD leverages a deep understanding of our offerings to identify opportunities, address client needs, and promote tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential and existing clients through in-person or phone meetings. • Follow communication protocols to connect with clients effectively. • Gather client needs information and propose innovative solutions. • Provide reassurance and demonstrate empathy towards clients. • Explain the legal and recruiting services we offer that align with client needs. • Create quotes, engagement letters, and payment plans. • Assist clients in exploring financing options when necessary. • Clarify the content of engagement letters for clients. • Maintain high ethical standards by refraining from giving legal advice or quoting fees independently. • Prepare clients for interactions with our attorneys as needed. • Secure client signatures and attorney approvals as required. • Develop engagement agreements and manage client payments during onboarding. • Seek feedback from clients post-engagement to ensure their satisfaction. • Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients who miss appointments. • Keep channels open for potential future collaborations. • Thoroughly document client interactions and conversion metrics in our CRM system. • Provide feedback to management on lead quality and volume. • Propose enhancements based on client interactions. • Engage in lead generation activities by networking and generating leads in approved locations. • Perform any other duties as assigned to contribute to the growth and success of our firm. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, ideally within luxury or high-end products or services. Previous experience with a consultative sales approach is essential.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly in generating and analyzing reports, is a must. Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is required.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the legal industry is highly valued.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is strongly preferred.Additional Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
