Position Overview We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This person will handle intake calls, assess case viability, and gather key details. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake calls and gather case details as well as any relevant documents • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, making sure they feel seen and heard • Update databases with accurate client data • Work closely with other intake team members to facilitate smooth case transitions Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish and English is required • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake (preferably in a legal setting) • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
