In this role, you would be called a Client Concierge. You will be one of the first people that anyone calling our office will speak with! You are to help make their experience with Burch Law as smooth and straightforward as possible. Responsibilities: The Job Tasks include: • Act as a “client concierge” from intake and scheduling of prospective clients, follow up to schedule appointments before and after, outreach after becoming a client, and nurturing the client relationship for closed clients. • Experience in sales and customer service a must! • Use management software and CRMs, including researching better online tools for automation and communication. • Help develop programs for new client acquisition, glide paths for converted clients, and retention of closed clients. • This position is ALL about treating every client as our TOP client, even before they become a client to long after we have finished their case. • Must use Oxford Comma and pay great attention to detail in spelling of names of team members and clients. • Great attitude and looking for long-term commitment. Qualifications: Our preferred candidate: • Has a GREAT personality and sense of humor. • Wants a long-term position. • No experience in a law firm necessary. • Shows compassion when dealing with clients and has a talent for winning their confidence and respect. • Is willing to work hard to see that clients receive top-notch service and results. • We are looking for someone who has character, intelligence and integrity; and someone who contributes positively to the atmosphere within the office. • No one who takes themselves too seriously, thinks that scanning a document is beneath them and will wash their own coffee cup. • Someone who believes in civil rights and equality for all. Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly
