Responsibilities: • Provide kind, courteous communication while receiving visitors to our office • Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and processing incoming calls and interviewing potential new clients • Conducting intake interviews with clients via phone, email, or in person. • Gathering and accurately documenting client information and needs. • Providing information about our services, programs, and eligibility criteria. • Assisting clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for clients. • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. • Manage the calendar system to schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and text • Review and process overall client agreements and monitor successful client onboarding for the first 30 days of representation • Manage intake of potential clients with attention to detail for information while providing empathetic communication skills • Provide efficiency in other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing Qualifications: • Three years of customer service and sales experience required • Ideal candidates are professional and courteous with a positive attitude • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time appropriately • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to be resourceful and proactive • You strongly believe in teamwork and want to do your part to contribute to the team’s success in meeting its mission Compensation: $20 - $22 plus performance-based bonuses
