As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a crucial role in listening to prospective clients, gathering key information, and ensuring they are connected to the right legal resources. Responsibilities: • First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective clients. • Client Screening: Ask detailed questions to assess whether a caller qualifies for our services. • Compassionate Listening: Provide a supportive and professional experience for people facing legal challenges. • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate consultations between prospective clients and attorneys. • Data Entry & Organization: Accurately enter client information into our CRM system. • Follow-Up Calls: Reach out to potential clients who have inquired about our services but have not scheduled a consultation. • Administrative Support: Assist with case file creation, attorney scheduling, and general office tasks. Qualifications: • Customer service experience is required (previous roles in call centers, front desk, client relations, or hospitality are a plus). • Strong verbal and written communication skills —you must be able to explain things clearly and professionally. • Ability to stay calm under pressure when dealing with clients in distress. • Highly organized —must be able to manage multiple calls, emails, and tasks efficiently. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online scheduling tools. • Follows instructions carefully and understands the importance of firm policies and procedures. • A team player with a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor. • Legal experience is a plus, but not required.
