Your Legacy Legal Care is looking to add a Client Intake Specialist - Receptionist for our Clear Lake area office. Responsibilities: The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. In addition to fielding telephone calls and keeping our calendars filled with prospective client meetings, you will: • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by responding in a timely manner to all client calls, questions, or inquiries; • Document client correspondence accurately; • Confirm client appointments; • Coordinate and maintain all existing client files; • Be proactive and ensure client concerns are brought to the attention of leadership and client deliverables are timely; • Coordinate and prepare all pre-meeting documentation; help create and nurture relationships with clients; • Handle incoming mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks. • Ensure the office is clean and orderly and prepare for client meetings, including maintaining conference room and refreshments. Qualifications: • A minimum of a High School diploma and/or 2-5 years of related experience is required. • Able to communicate in English and Spanish. • Notary a plus. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
