(NOT REMOTE) - Seeking an Immigration Case Interviewer to assist individuals with their immigration applications. Responsibilities include conducting detailed interviews and crafting persuasive personal statements. Looking for candidates with investigative skills, empathy, and strong communication abilities Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth video and phone interviews with clients to gather necessary information for their immigration applications. • Record all collected data accurately in our electronic case management system and utilize online platforms for efficient case processing. • Guide clients through their application process, ensuring they comprehend each step and feel supported. • Collaborate with the team to verify facts, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards and accurately reflects the client's story. • Participate actively in meetings, providing insights and updates on client intakes and progress. • Assist with various tasks as needed, displaying flexibility and a commitment to team success. Qualifications: • Availability for full-time on-site work in HERMOSILLO, SON. MEX is required. • Proficiency in English and Spanish. • Demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex narratives is a must. Previous experience in writing, interviewing, or related fields is necessary, and having samples of work is preferred. • A background in counseling or psychology is highly valued, particularly skills in empathetic communication and understanding diverse client backgrounds. • Skills or experience in journalism, investigative reporting, or similar fields are advantageous. The ability to critically evaluate information and construct coherent narratives is a plus. • Familiarity with case management software and databases, and proficiency in standard office software are required. • Strong empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are essential qualities. • Excellent critical reading and thinking skills are necessary for analyzing documents and statements to identify key information and inconsistencies. • A commitment to personal and professional growth, embracing challenges, and learning from feedback is expected. • Resumes should be submitted in English.
