The Client Lead plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing the relationship between Snyder Group and its clients. This position is responsible for ensuring that client needs are met effectively through the strategic use of Snyder Group’s marketing services.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Communication: Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Project Management: Coordinates with internal teams, such as creative, digital, and media planning, to ensure that marketing projects are executed according to the client's requirements and deadlines.
Strategy Development: Works closely with clients to understand their business goals and develops tailored marketing strategies to help achieve these objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly reviews campaign performance against objectives, providing clients with detailed reports and insights, and making recommendations for optimization.
Business Development: Identifies opportunities for expanding the agency’s services with existing clients and often participates in pitching and securing new client accounts.
Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensures high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and improve client retention rates.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing client relationships.
Experience with inbound marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and report on campaign performance.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present and explain marketing strategies and results to clients.
Project Management Skills:
