    Client Onboarding Specialist – TurnIt

    Summary

    TurnIt is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Onboarding Specialist.     Job Responsibilities (responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following)

    • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring that new clients are established into the platform and are utilizing TurnIt effectively
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and success with the platform
    • Assist clients in navigating and utilizing TurnIt technology systems, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices
    • Collaborate with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure that client needs are met
    • Provide training and support on the use of the platform and relevant systems
    • Monitor client success metrics, offering proactive solutions to improve engagement and outcomes
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate property management, preferably as a property manager, leasing agent, or maintenance technician
    • Familiarity with onboarding clients on real estate technology systems, such as RealPage, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar platforms
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach to customer success
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter mindset and an ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Work Environment

    The Client Onboarding Specialist works at the corporate office in Bridge Park and regularly interfaces with external and internal customers, merchants, clients, partners, and the public. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Approximately 15% of this role will be devoted to traveling to other Crawford Communities located throughout Central Ohio. Some evening and weekend hours will be required at times throughout the year.

    Reporting Structure

    The Client Onboarding Specialist reports to CEO of TurnIt. The Client Onboarding Specialist will have operational support from Crawford Hoying staff.

    Physical Requirements

    The candidate's physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the responsibilities defined for this position and for conformance with all professional standards defined for this position. This position frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms. It may require lifting up to twenty-five pounds. This employee must be able to drive during the course of work.
