Work Environment
The Client Onboarding Specialist works at the corporate office in Bridge Park and regularly interfaces with external and internal customers, merchants, clients, partners, and the public. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Approximately 15% of this role will be devoted to traveling to other Crawford Communities located throughout Central Ohio. Some evening and weekend hours will be required at times throughout the year.
Reporting Structure
The Client Onboarding Specialist reports to CEO of TurnIt. The Client Onboarding Specialist will have operational support from Crawford Hoying staff.
Physical Requirements
The candidate's physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the responsibilities defined for this position and for conformance with all professional standards defined for this position. This position frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms. It may require lifting up to twenty-five pounds. This employee must be able to drive during the course of work.
