The Accredited Group is looking for a Client Re-Engagement Specialist to reconnect with our existing client base, uncover new funding opportunities, and build lasting partnerships. This is not about cold calling—it's about reigniting warm relationships and turning them into fresh success stories. Responsibilities: • Proactively reach out to past and existing clients via phone, email, and SMS to uncover current needs and promote our financial solutions. • Build rapport and trust to re-establish lines of communication and provide updated value propositions. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to customize offerings based on client history, business evolution, and funding potential. • Identify and qualify repeat funding opportunities, working with underwriters and lenders to present winning deals. • Maintain detailed notes and activity logs in our CRM system. • Help clients navigate the funding process from re-engagement to funding. • Consistently hit monthly renewal and reactivation targets. Qualifications: • 1+ years of sales or account management experience , preferably in financial services or B2B environments. • A track record of exceeding goals and re-engaging lapsed clients or upselling current ones. • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills – you’re confident, consultative, and warm. • A hunter mentality with a farmer’s touch—you know how to close deals and keep clients happy. • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and communication tools. • Highly organized, coachable, and committed to self-improvement. • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you have strong sales results. Compensation: $100,000 + at plan commission
