Job Summary: Embassy Homecare Services is looking for a motivated and outgoing Client Recruiter (Contract) to help us expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the community. This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for a self-starter with experience in client outreach, healthcare marketing, or community engagement. The Client Recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing referral partnerships, and representing our services to families and organizations in need of quality home care.

This position offers flexibility and is perfect for someone who thrives in an independent, goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach and networking.

Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources.

Conduct presentations and attend community events to promote Embassy Homecare Services.

Follow up on leads, answer inquiries, and guide families through the service introduction process.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to onboarding.

Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and referrals.

Qualifications:

Experience in client recruitment, marketing, healthcare outreach, or sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet defined goals and timelines.

Familiarity with the homecare industry or healthcare services is a plus.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
