    Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (English & Spanish) Mortgage Client Relations Coordinator to help drive business growth and support the loan origination process. This role is centered around making outbound calls, fostering relationships with realtors and clients, and assisting loan officers with key tasks to ensure a seamless mortgage experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives on phone-based interactions, is highly organized, and is passionate about client service and relationship-building. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:Make daily outbound calls to realtors, potential clients, and referral partners to schedule appointments, follow up, and nurture business relationships. • Engage in consistent phone outreach to strengthen connections with real estate professionals, homebuyers, and referral networks. • Utilize multiple communication channels (phone, handwritten notes, social media, etc.) to maintain engagement and rapport. • Track and follow up on leads to ensure ongoing communication and relationship-building. Loan Process Support & Client Assistance: • Assist loan officers by gathering necessary documentation from clients for loan applications. • Follow up via phone calls to ensure clients submit required loan documents accurately and on time. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems. • Provide exceptional customer service , addressing inquiries and guiding clients through the loan process. • Effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure a smooth and personalized mortgage experience. Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills:Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required. • Previous experience in mortgage lending, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus. • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills. Compensation: $50,000+
