Position Overview: Embrace Miami's appeal and vibrant community. Cultivate lasting client relationships while driving growth within a thriving book of business. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing a book of business valued at $1.5 - $2 million and driving enhancement sales with an annual goal of $600k—$800k. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of 10-20 clients, including HOA, hospital, hospitality, office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Enhancement Sales: Proactively identify and sell landscape enhancement services to existing clients, achieving annual sales goals.
- Contract Management: Ensure contract compliance, manage renewals, and resolve any client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for assigned properties, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of services and address any issues promptly.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a positive client experience.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Aspire software to manage client data, track sales, and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or a related role. Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire software.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant materials, and industry standards.
- Other: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
