Responsibilities: • Advise clients on appropriate administrative practices to ensure compliance with policy terms. • Review accuracy and distribute plan documents in a timely manner. • Conduct annual service call reviews for specific groups providing exceptional customer service and recommendations for policy revisions. • Proactively identify and assess the need for policy revisions during regular daily service calls. • Assist Account Reps, Sales Reps, and Regional Vice President with identified action items. • Address customer inquiries via telephone, email, or letter promptly and efficiently. • Review and understand policy contract language. • Advise clients on appropriate administrative practices to ensure compliance with policy terms. • Update and maintain all system databases and customer files in accordance with company guidelines. • Collaborate with Customer Service Supervisor and team to identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Skilled in utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat with the ability to quickly grasp in-house software programs. • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with a talent for identifying, investigating, and resolving issues systematically. • Shows eagerness and capability to understand and implement new concepts related to products, services, and procedural advancements. • You will be required to acquire a Life & Health insurance license for all states within the assigned region within 60 days of starting the role. Compensation: $47,000 annual pay plus bonus
