    Job Description: Client Relations Specialist

    CamaPlan is a self-directed IRA/401k administrator focused on educating clients and partners about investing in alternative assets through self-directed qualified retirement plans. The Client Relations Specialists reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investment product providers. CamaPlan will assist and train the new employee on our industry.

    Requirements:

    · Ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, outgoing, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship building skills.

    · Experience in financial services, banking, accounting, finance, and real estate a plus.

    · Bachelor's and prior work experience a plus.

    · Solid knowledge of Microsoft software, excel, word, outlook.

    · Specific experience with retirement plans, retirement investing and IRS retirement compliance a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    · Developing and maintaining relationships with investment product providers.

    · Answering prospective client inquiries.

    · Assist in the opening of new accounts.

    · Making presentations and networking at investor events.

    · Reaching out to potential customers via phone and/or email.

    · Research and resolve problems and complaints. Participate in team projects.

    · Cross-train to back up co-workers. Continuous communication with internal departments such as Accounting, Operations and Compliance.

    · Expansion of new clients and/or asset providers.
