Former Client Engagement • Regularly check in with former clients, providing them with relevant updates, legal insights, and maintaining accurate contact information. • Coordinate thoughtful outreach, from holiday greetings to valuable resources, that demonstrates genuine care and supports clients’ ongoing needs. • Facilitate introductions to reputable professionals, enhancing the firm’s role as a go-to resource for clients’ extended needs. Brand Representation and Public Relations • Act as a brand ambassador for Atticus Family Law in the community, embodying the firm’s empathetic and professional identity in all interactions. • Attend events, conferences, and meetings to promote the firm and build professional connections.
