Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Two years of previous sales experience • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Previous experience with in-person and telephone sales, customer service, and customer relations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for this position • Must pass a background check Compensation: $50,000 salary + bonuses
