Nelson Elder Care Law is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our expanding law firm in Marietta, GA. We are in need of an experienced sales professional with a compassionate demeanor and strong persuasion abilities. Your role will involve close cooperation with other team members, where grace, genuine warmth, and enthusiasm are essential for achieving job objectives. Please be informed that this position does not support remote work and follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Applicants should reside within a 30-minute commute of Marietta, GA. Responsibilities: • Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and referral sources for the purpose of describing how our legal services can help them. These may be done in person, by phone, or by Zoom. • Maintaining contact with people considering elder law services to keep the door open for them to walk through when they are ready. • Assuring potential clients that the Firm is able to help them, showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their lives. • Working with other marketing professionals within the Firm to improve the marketing and sales funnel, improving the quality and volume of leads, and offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on "front lines" experience. • Recommending improvements and deploying systems that run the sales process efficiently and profitably. • Keep meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information within the CRM. • Acting as the primary point of contact with new clients through the onboarding process. Qualifications: • 3+ years’ experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services are preferred. Proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required. • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or communication is preferred. • Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions selling. • Experience with a CRM, particularly reporting, is required. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. (Strong in Excel). • Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful, but not required. Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission
