Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Client Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role involves generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating communication between potential clients and the Administrator. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional who excels in client outreach, negotiation, and building long-term relationships to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources such as assisted living facilities, hospice providers, geriatric care managers, medical specialists, and other senior-related professionals.
Handle referral calls, educate prospective clients about our services, and coordinate in-home visits to discuss care needs.
Promote our home care services to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers within your assigned territory.
Represent Lean On Me Home Care Inc. at community events, networking groups, and other forums to increase brand awareness and cultivate new client relationships.
Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Generate and qualify leads to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities.
Coordinate initial contact with potential clients, setting up meetings, calls, or presentations.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth client onboarding process.
Support marketing efforts by providing insights from client interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with the home care industry and local community resources is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $22-$24K base salary + Tier commission structure + Bonus
