About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Satisfaction Specialist Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Hudspeth Animal Hospital in Macon, GA. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

Process payments and handle billing inquiries

Provide accurate information about our services and answer client questions

Assist with administrative tasks to support the veterinary team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical receptionist role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work well with others

Dependable

Proficiency in computer systems and office software (Preferably Avimark)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Passion for animals and empathy for pet owners
