Home, Hope & Healing has a full-time opening for a Client Scheduling Representative working out of our central office in Smithfield. Primary responsibilities:
Ensures positive customer service and accurate, thorough, and timely communication in all interactions with the care team.
Coordinates schedules for new and existing clients and field staff to ensure schedules are within the client's authorization to receive payment.
Collaborates with the care team to place staff and clients with the right fit.
Engages in problem solving in collaboration with the care team and managers.
Rotates after-hours On Call phone coverage with others (minimum of twice a month).
Education & Experience Requirements: Customer service in health care experience preferred. Familiarity with the home healthcare field/Personal Support Services preferred. AS degree or a combination of education and work experience in an office setting preferred.
