Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements
Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare reports and summaries on client interactions and service trends
Support administrative tasks related to client service operations
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in client service, customer support, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
