Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You will work closely with our marketing and fundraising teams to maintain strong client relationships, support event initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service.
• Assist in coordinating and executing promotional events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide solutions to enhance the client experience.
• Support fundraising efforts by engaging with donors and promoting awareness of campaign initiatives.
• Monitor and track client engagement, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client brands, services, and fundraising goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer outreach.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, event marketing, or fundraising is a plus.
