Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing updates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in the planning , organizing, and execution of marketing events. Manage event timelines, prepare materials, and coordinate logistics for smooth event operations.

• Support internal teams with the preparation of event-related documents, presentations, reports, and more to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience : No prior experience required. A background in customer service , event planning , marketing , or communications is a plus.
