    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • Assist in onboarding new clients , ensuring they are familiar with our services and offerings.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

    • Support clients with product or service inquiries , troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise.

    • Process client requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating client records, managing client data, and preparing reports.

    • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

    • Track and report on client feedback to help improve overall service quality.

    Skills amp; Qualifications:

    • Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively with clients.

    • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving client concerns.

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

    • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in client records and communication.

    • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with others.

    • Previous experience in customer service , client support , or related fields is a plus, but not required.

    • Willingness to learn and grow within the client services field.
