    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to improve service processes and foster continuous improvement.
    • Follow Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, communication standards , and service protocols to ensure a consistent client experience.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Communication Skills: Confidently interact with clients and team members , both verbally and in writing.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
    • Multitasking Proficiency: Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or customer service certifications are a plus).
