Salary and Benefits
- Salary and total compensation for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $50,000 – $70,000, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firm
- Respond to client service requests via phone and email
- Maintain updated information in our CRM – Salesforce
- Manage email for multiple email inboxes
- Scanning and filing sensitive client documents
- Execute and manage quarterly and periodic mailings to clients and prospects
- Process new business applications and client paperwork
- Prepare documents and reports for upcoming client meetings
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must have a “client service +” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously after our training period
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- 2 years of professional office environment experience
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
