With a national client base and a strong local presence, the firm is recognized for its high-quality advice and personalized, high-touch service. As a Registered Investment Advisor, the firm emphasizes a client-first approach, with no requirements for FINRA or insurance licenses.

    Overview

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and personable individual passionate about helping others and eager to grow in the financial services industry. Candidates currently pursuing or considering CFP® certification, graduates of CFP® programs, or those with experience in banking, mortgages, or customer-focused financial services are encouraged to apply.

    This role provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the financial advisory process while working with an experienced team. The position includes client-facing responsibilities and allows individuals to earn hours required for CFP® certification. Long-term growth into a Relationship Manager (Financial Planner) role is expected, with mentorship and professional development provided throughout.

    Key Responsibilities

    Enhance the Client Experience

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while assisting Senior Financial Planners in providing exceptional wealth management for high-net-worth clientele.

    Client Service
    • Respond promptly to day-to-day client inquiries and requests.
    • Assist with onboarding new clients, including opening accounts and overseeing asset transfers.
    • Monitor client needs throughout the year to support the Relationship Manager.
    Financial Planning & Client Meetings
    • Support advisors by preparing reports and assisting with the development and updates of financial plans.
    • Assist with post-meeting tasks, such as updating account information, following up on paperwork, and recording notes in the CRM.
    Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented accurately and comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
    Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with team members to provide comprehensive support and ensure a seamless client experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with graduation expected by 2025. Graduates of CFP® programs will be given additional compensation consideration.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, Advisor Engines CRM) is a plus.
    • Customer service experience is a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
    • Team-oriented and adaptable to thrive in a small, rapidly growing firm with a focus on client needs and experience.
