This role is integral in supporting our wealth advisors and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in the financial planning industry. Responsibilities: • Assist with investment research and comparative analysis to support wealth advisors in making informed decisions. • Perform data entry in financial planning software to ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis. • Analyze client documents to support financial planning and strategy development. • Assist clients with technical issues related to financial planning software and online account access. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. • Assist wealth advisors with client account management, including account setup, maintenance, and documentation. • Prepare and process client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications: • High level of personal responsibility and ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Enhanced communication skills to effectively bridge the remote work gap and maintain strong client and team relationships. • Bachelor’s degree (required) in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred). • 1-3 years of experience in a financial services role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus. • Familiarity with basic financial planning concepts and investment products Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
