Seeking a full-time individual to join our company as a Client Service Coordinator. This is a full-time, client-facing, entry-level position (Monday-Friday). This is an in-office position The responsibilities of the Client Service Coordinator include providing support to the business by assisting in the daily office needs and maintaining the company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities: • Act as a key liaison/brand ambassador of the branch • Greet clients in a kind and welcoming environment • Support the office functions and provide direct support to the lead financial advisor • Management of office calendars and scheduling • Ability to file both paper and electronic client correspondences, contracts, and agreements, both systematically and accurately • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Assist with marketing mailings and promotional events • Support and collaborate on the firm's social media/online marketing efforts • Propose suggestions to improve office processes to support the growth of the company • Maintain and update the contact management system • Handle incoming and outbound calls • Complete and process required client service paperwork Qualifications: • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and dependability • Possess exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team • High attention to detail, especially in high-volume periods • High school diploma or GED required • Technologically savvy: basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new digital programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor • Must be able to pass a background check (both financial and criminal) and sign a confidentiality agreement • Optional advancement opportunity if candidate acquires life and health insurance licenses (which will be paid for by the firm) • Clerical/Office Administrative experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
