Shaker Recruitment Marketing is now accepting applications for our 2025 summer internship program. Our internship program provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities that will help you build a strong foundation for your future career.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Intern to join our team for a 10-weeks in our Oak Park office. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various creative department, including:
**Manage Vendor & Partner Resources: **
Update and maintain a vendor/partner folder and directory.
Review vendor meetings, analyze videos, and generate summaries.
Conduct online research to identify best use cases for vendors.
Develop a centralized spreadsheet for CS, listing vendors/partners, primary points of contact, concise descriptions, and links to internal resources.
**Research & Meeting Preparation: **
**Process Documentation & Client Retention: **
Collaborate with VPs and Directors to document best practices for utilizing HubSpot and automation tools.
Assist in developing a Client Transition Kit to ensure seamless client engagement during key personnel transitions.
**Client Support & Industry Expertise: **
Learning pulse, processing orders, and understanding recruitment marketing.
Advocate for recruitment marketing as an innovative career path, helping businesses and individuals connect effectively.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a bachelors degree
Availability to work 32 hours+/week in our Oak Park office.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive in asking questions.
Eagerness to learn, grow and develop; open to taking on new challenges and embracing new ways of thinking.
Duration and Schedule: The Internship program runs from June 2 – August 7 2025. This is a full-time in-person opportunity. Interns are expected to work Monday - Thursday from 8:45 am – 4:45 pm CST.
