    The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing outstanding service to multiple clients in order to build and sustain relationships that result in high customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and extensions. The CSM will provide updates on the engagement status to clients on a regular basis. Client staff will include "C" level contacts as well as direct day-to-day management members and all influencers. Some travel is required for this position. This position could be remote, hybrid, or in-office. StrategicSource (SSI) is a values-driven company located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Responsibilities: • Client onboarding, invoice collection, and organization. • Workplan development, execution, and maintenance. • Account project management. • Conduct bi-weekly client calls/updates. • Coordinate the presentation and implementation of new projects. • Review completed recommendations audits with the client. • Keep internal management up to date on the status of clients. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Qualifications: • BA/BS in Business and/or MBA. • Well-developed written/verbal communication and presentation skills; particularly with executive-level clients. • 5 years of leadership and project management experience. • 5 years of customer service experience with ‘C’ level clients. • Well-developed account management skills. • Self-starter with excellent time management skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
