As a Client Service Representative, you will manage assigned client relationships under direct supervision. Your role involves servicing clients, focusing on Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody disciplines. You will establish relationships with client contacts and collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries, onboard clients, and ensure high satisfaction.
Position Scope
You will handle day-to-day client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams for timely resolutions. Keeping clients informed about their inquiries is essential, as is teaching them to use BBH Infuse effectively. You will share client insights with peers to identify trends and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Duties
Client Service:
- Proactively respond to client inquiries and keep them updated.
- Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Analyze inquiry trends to identify training needs.
- Regularly meet with clients to review pending items.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and communicate insights with management.
Technology Management:
- Communicate product enhancements and conduct training sessions.
- Utilize internal technology to manage inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate demos for clients to improve platform use.
Relationship Building:
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- Understand client organizational structures for effective communication.
- Participate in company events and stay updated on firm activities.
Risk & Control:
- Adhere to BBH policies and identify opportunities to improve communication practices.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
- BA or equivalent
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
