This role is essential in nurturing client relationships and driving growth within our thriving landscape maintenance division.

    Position Overview: As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a $1 million+ book of business focused on landscape maintenance and enhancements for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Your expertise in the landscape industry, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will be crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial property clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all landscape enhancement needs.
    • Account Growth: Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities within the existing client base, leveraging your industry knowledge and understanding of client needs.
    • Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients through regular meetings, calls, and email correspondence, providing updates on project progress, addressing questions, and proactively addressing any potential issues.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for new enhancement projects within the condominium portfolio.
    • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
    • CRM Utilization: Leverage Pipedrive CRM to manage client interactions, track project progress, and maintain accurate records.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred (but not required).
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the landscape industry, with a proven track record in client relationship management and/or sales.
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of landscape enhancement services, materials, and techniques.
    • Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about building strong client relationships.
    • Sales Aptitude: Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, exceeding revenue targets.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
    • Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Additional Information:

    • Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities/commissions based on performance.
