    Our canine guests are not just pets, they are family! At AAPR North Brunswick, we want to take care of our community’s pets with the highest quality care. Our resort has a dynamic team that works together to ensure the needs of our clients are met through compassion and knowledge.

    We are looking for positive, high energy, people with experience in running a very busy front desk operation. Our Front Desk/Customer Service personnel are an integral part of our team, as you will be responsible for maintaining each owner’s trust in our commitment to providing the very best care for their pets and are the face of customer interaction.

    We are looking for individuals with at least one year experience working in customer service and/or the pet boarding/veterinary field(s).

    Responsibilites:

    • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls, schedule reservations, respond to emails.
    • Collect client information and update records in the system
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
    • Handle new client inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered
    • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents

    -Take dogs to the back kennel area.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist, is preferred as well as experience working with dogs either in a similar environment and/or veterinary setting

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Afternoon availability with some flexibility

    • One weekend day with some flexibility

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

    • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

    • Professional appearance and demeanor

    • High school diploma or equivalent
